At Johnstons of Elgin, we are committed to the highest quality craftsmanship and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to register your return request and select whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
